Good Day! I am doing a total rebuild on a 1987 Briggs twin cylinder. 404437 0112 02 Replaced valve guides 231218 intake and 261961 exhaust. All 4 of the valves stems measure .3110 I know the exhaust guides should be looser than the intake. Anyone know what the I.D. of the intake and exhaust valve guides should be reamed to? I did one exhaust to .3115 and with the valve open I have about .120 side to side play. Seems to loose to me but I can't find any specs on what the right clearance should be. Almost an 1/8" looks like way to much, but I really don't know. Thanks in advance for all your help! Steve

5/16 (.3125) using the guide cone to prevent excessive wobbling while reaming.
