Where do the springs go on the carburator choke control on a Troy Built B&S 675 series walk behind ?

On the plastic choke arm there is like a little hook that the spring hooks onto the it stretches back onto the engine cover right behind the carb. .......its hard to explain really as simple as it is....ill post a picture tommorow if u havent gotten it solved

I've got the same problem but haven't got the fix. The pic you offered to post would be helpful.

id also like to see the spring setup. i have the walk behind 640C with a B&S 4hp and both springs were disconnected. i know one goes from the plastic governor to the throttle but there is also a small one that, at least on mine, has its own bracket mount right above the carb where it the carb bolts to the engine. i figured it was for the idle but cant see a hole for it other than the other side of the throttle and that would hold the throttle open.
