BRIGGS & STRATTON Engine Model #311707-0132-E1 Part Identification

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post with the forum!

I have a question for anyone who can tell me where I can find this part, or at least the name? I have been through all of the diagrams within arms reach and cannot find it. This parts comes from the carburetor to the engine.

Part number for the intake manifold is 690193.
