Briggs Stratton altitude adjustment

I have a Briggs Stratton model 128M02-0942 F1 engine that I'm running at about 6000 ft above sea level. The manual says it should be adjusted for altitude, but only suggests contacting an authorized Briggs and Stratton dealer for high altitude adjustment information. I would much prefer to do this myself. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Briggs lists a 0943 F1. Is that 128M02-0942 a typo?
