Hello all, hoping to draw on your collective wisdom today.
Bought a second hand push along mower which doesn't run quite right. I did the usual things- replaced diaphragm and gasket with genuine parts and with fresh fuel it runs better, but still runs a bit fast and rpm moves around.
It's a simple machine with no self propelled or adjustable speed functions.
Is the governor spring fitted correctly? Is there any way I could find a photo or drawing showing where the spring should go? Am I missing a spring?
