Hi y'all, i just got a Briggs And Stratton snapper push mower from a friend who told me that all it needed was a carb cleaning. So i cleaned the carb (twice!) and it still will not start. I even checked to see if it had spark and it does. The only thing that i have noticed is that after i took the carb out and cleaned it the primer was not getting gas to prime with. But i know that gas is getting into the bowl of the carb. The thing has fresh gas in it and I am totally lost on where to go next. Any thoughts or opinions on how to get this running will be greatly appreciated!

If it's like my older Big Six Briggs the bulb only pushes are through small hole where carb mates to air cleaner backing which blows gas from bowl to to intake. I could be you have a warped air cleaner backing as I've seen this problem noted in other threads. Some say you can try using 2 gaskets.
