Briggs and Stratton Snapper 4hp engine

I have this wire on my 4 hp mower engine. I can't find a place where to goes? Any help? I think there is something supposed to be on the end to be the ground that goes to a bolt?

Looks like the kill wire. It should slide under a spring loaded kill switch next to the throttle lever on the mower. It is used to shut off the mower.
