I am a total newbie at this kind of tinkering and cannot seem to find any youtube help. The mower was just going up and down the scale with regard to horsepower. I replaced the fuel line, took the carburetor apart and cleaned it, new spark plug, new air filter. I got the governor spring back on but there is a smaller spring that I cannot seem to figure out where it goes. Any help would be greatly valued.
