Hi my son bought a used Craftsman tl2000 used riding mower it ran good for 3 days and then just stopped. So I took the spark plug out and I saw oil so I thought I would check the head gasket and it was blown so I replaced all the gaskets then I replaced the solenoid then I replaced the carburetor and replaced gas filters and hoses then it would turn over yet It would not start then I checked the magneto coil with a multimeter and it was good then I replaced the spark plug yet I am stumped does anyone know what i could do to fix this. I am out of ideas

First, checking the coil, with a VOM, will not tell you anything about its condition, because it contains an integral triggering module. Remove the new plug and with the wire attached and holding the plug against the head check to see if you have spark. If you have spark, spray carb cleaner into the cylinder, install plug and see if it will fire. Report back with findings and all engine numbers.
