I have a Briggs and Stratton 12hp for an old snapper 33" hi vac 3311X5S and I can't find any numbers for the electrical starter. Anyone know how I go about finding a correct replacement
If you can supply the engine codes, it would make finding the starter alot easier.....
They shouldn't be too hard to find, have a look on the Briggs and Stratton site for details about where to find the engine numbers.

You will need the engine model, type and possibly code.
The more engine info you can furnish them, and the same on this site, the more useful and correct info you will receive.
