Briggs 5409k and 5410k solenoids

Has anybody else been having problems with the 5409 and 5410 universal fit Briggs solenoids. I have had 3 of each fail shortly after installation. Changed out 3 that I installed in the past week. One was installed in April, and of the other two installed. One failed after 3 starts and the the other after the first start.

I have since went to other solenoid supplier, and so far so good.

We have not used the B&S solenoids for many years, really can't remember the last time I ordered one. We get them from either Stens or Oregon and I could tell you the last time I had a new part failure.

Using Oregon now. The solenoids that failed recently had the electric coil burn out of them on two The one I changed today would engage, but would either not send power to the starter, or momentary power to starter, or would allow starter to turn slow sometimes, and other times would work perfectly.
