Briggs 128M02-0115-F1 Info

I'm trying to help out a friend who bent the shaft on his Snapper mower. The number on the B&S engine is 128M02-0115-F1-XXXXXXXX, and I need the shaft dimensions so I can try to source a short block. Also, what series is this engine?

Short block part number 799984 retail $160.10 My Briggs supplier has a similar engine for $169 with the 7/8 crankshaft or $185 with the inch crankshaft like what is used on some snapper pushers.
