I picked up this used mower, 2010 vintage. The cover was off, so it may have been tampered with by the previous owner, is everything in order under the hood?
This is the Toro 20331 with a guarantee to start (no primer bulb), but doesn't. I took the carb apart, everything appeared in order, shot some brake cleaner all around and did get it to start immediately thereafter (a bit of gas flowed out the filter cover, then stopped). Next day, does not start again. I have ordered a rebuild kit for the carb, any tips on getting these to start reliably, it appears that it is quite finicky about getting to work.
