Does anyone know when the breather assembly was changed over to the updated one? Mine is on one of the last Dixon mowers.

Please be more specific. Pictures, part numbers, etc. Not sure what you are referring to.

Kawasaki has updated the crankcase breather on the fr730v engine. I just wondered if anyone knew which year the change was implemented. My engine was built in 2014 or earlier.

No “breather” update that I can recall. Are you referring to the air filter cover?

Maybe I dreamed it, but I thought I saw on this or another forum that it had been changed. It was a post about oil burning in that engine. Sorry if I am wrong.

That was on the FH series that they changed the breather cover plate on.

Are you talking about the Donaldson style air filter kit?
