I have a troy-bilt 2008 pony that wont release parking brake....model #13AN77KG011

Follow the steel cable from the parking brake handle to the rear axle - see if it slipped off it's path and is jammed between two pieces of the tractor. We get them in the shop that way sometimes .
Even though you release the brake lever the cable is Stuck in the locked position .
The cable gets stuck between the wheel it was designed to ride and the wheel hardware - like a cloths line pulley .
