I'm replacing the plastic carb that is the no choke model. Supplied with the carb is 1\8" id tubing that I'm guessing hooks to the small white barbed fitting on the side of the carb. What is that fitting for and where, if anywhere, does it connect. The primer bulb feeds the front of the carb. Thanks everyone.

That fitting is used by some manufacturers as an EPA vent which wound go back to the tank or air filter. Most units it is not connected to anything.

Thanks for that, I wondered if that was the case.

I've worked on a couple of those recently. If I recall, one had a fuel tank vent hose?? It ran into the air filter housing.
What about it being the crankcase vent? Looks rather small that white plastic barb.

It's got to be EPA vent. Runs great not connected. No place to connect.

Any vacuum on it while running?
