Hi everyone, I have a cheap bolin mower from lowes, 08p502=0047-f1......I have a problem with it surging, i have taken the carb off and cleaned everything three times....it looks new bought in 2016 and not used often. have drained gas put in new. Did everything that i learned on youtube.lol any help what to do next would be fantastic......thx
It’s a good habit to check the governor setting and make sure it’s adjusted correctly when reinstalling a carb. If it has the slightest play or gap where it makes contact internally it will surge as you described. That is if your positive the carb is in perfect condition. Sometimes a soaking of the disassembled carb overnight in a cleaner works miracles.
