Is post is more to help people searching for this belt sizes than asking a question! These are the belt sizes for my Bolens Hydro 16 also made by Garden Way inc in the USA which at some time bought Troy Bilt. Model number 13046 Serial number 130460100165 for what its worth.
Belt sizes. ( *I live in Australia where we measure belt size on the inside circumference, i believe in the USA you measure on the outside circumference, so you will need to make a conversion!) I have attached an Images from this . com website in case site changes. That explains that a Gates V Belt A92 has an outside circumference of 94 inches!
Drive belt from Motor pull to Hydro units *A92. Although MTD say is is a 94.1 inch belt part number 1765349 I have attached .pdf of parts assembly and numbers for the Drive and Hydro assembly from Jacks Small Engines. in case this link no longer works.
Belt from Clutch to Deck: *A56
Belt for 40 inch deck with three blades (Deck Model number 14051) *A100 Belt Diagram below. Hope this helps. If anyone wants to comment that would great.
