I have a Scag Tiger Cub that keeps blowing the top 20 amp fuse by the operator console. I have cleaned all the connections and it is still doing it after about a hour of running. Once it initially blows it seems all repeating blown fuses take less and less time to happen. Any ideas?

Locate your serial number then locate wiring schematic from manual tracing wires from fuse that keeps blowing, it is chafing & grounding out causing fuse to blow.
