Blade tip speed on 04 snapper vs 2021 mowers...?

After a little investigation, here and with a distributor that my problem with stripping is mostly due to blade tip speed

and a shallow deck. I believe the 04' snapper hzs18483bve blades run at 1500 rpm while the models now run 1950 rpm, plus the decks

are deeper to allow more efficient updraft. Seem to remember someone telling me years ago that the govt was regulating

blade speed due to injuries...property damage. Does this sound right? tia...

After a little more research..(laugh!) I should be talking about surface feet per minute data rather than

rpm. And models now can run 19500 sfpm...wonder what older models run?

What exactly is stripping? Is the blade old? Dull? Sharpened with a grinder now waaay out of balance? Leaving a grass trail?

Are you talking about putting stripes in tall fescue for example? Like a baseball field?

Is that a Hi-Vac deck?

If this is what you are talking about, it's the grass mostly and not the mower. Not all grasses stripe like tall fescue for example.
