MY ORIGINAL BLADE SPEED SEEMS SLOW AND LEAVES A CUT LESS DESIRED THAN THE COMMERCIAL MOWER GUYS..

Check it with a timing light through the deck. If you don't have a light the rpm formula is : RPM x all drive pulleys divided by all driven pulleys. That will give you blade rpm then you can calculate blade tip in feet / minute.
