In addition to the 2 bolts and nuts that hold the blade on there are 2 other nuts and bolts outboard that i cannot find any reference to..
The blade holder is tapped to accept the bolts and the nuts are used to jam against the blade holder essentially providing a lock nut.
I appears that the only function is might be to make sure the blade is the same height on each end

Looked up parts and they are just called nut and bolt. Still have no idea.

They are a "fine-tuning" adjustment to get the blade tips even. It theory it probably works, but in reality, not so much.
