Blade bolt came out because it wasn't torqued after changing the belt. I cannot find it, and the replacement that I ordered does not fit. I've tried multiple bolts 3/8-24 1-3 inches and nothing seems to work.
The previous owner of the mower replaced the blade adapter but I assume the std blade bolt would work.

it will need to be a grade 8.
Threading maybe screwed up and you need the re-tap it.
