OK, so I am doing pretty good with my snow thrower, but I am wondering if it is better to have the tires aired down or to inflate them so that they are firm? What works best for you guys?? Any mix between front and rear set up or do you run all tires firm/all soft, etc.? BTW... I have the bar tread chevron pattern. I do think either way that a pair of ice chains for my drive tires are in my machine's future. Thanks.

Go by what the recommended PSI tire pressure is on the tire.

Start the day full. If you need more traction let a little out :)
