What should the belt tension be on the engine to deck belt on a silver eagle? Also what should the tension be on the deck belt. I do not want to over tighten. Belts are in good shape but seem a little too floppy.

I have a SE 2760 2011 model and of course the manual foe it did not say BUT One the 2010 manual I downloaded from their site it says "Adjust the drive belt from engine to mower deck at the spring tensioner located at the back of the mower deck. Tighten the jamnut until spring measures 3 inches."
I don't know what year yours is or size so it may or may not be correcct for yours.
