Does anyone know the proper procedure to align the belt on a 44" eXmark Phazer. The part number for the belt is 109-2236

Yes sir I did, but I had to fix it myself. I ordered a (109-3119) Asm, Idler Arm, and put on a new belt. t works perfectly now. Two different dealers couldn't figure out a simple problem that took about 15 minutes to solve. I am learning to work on my own lawn mowers.

Your lawnmower problems are exactly like your health problems: If you don't take care of it....nobody
else is. Glad you got your lawnmower fixed.
Have you had an problems with a jerky, quick, abrupt take off on your ExMark? I have and don't know where
to start looking for the problem except at my local ExMark dealer repair shop.......John

No, can't say that I have experienced that problem. You mean when you ease forward with the steering arms there is a sudden lurch?
