Baffle Question

Working on a PS-SV620-3215.....should the baffle be sealed inside the valve cover? My gut says yes but....?

If referring to the outer perimeter then yes as it does has a weep hole and a reed valve. What I referring is where the old cork gasket would seal it off and then RTV will do the same so that reed valve does it check valve function.

IF using RTV install the assembly finger tight over night and then torque to spec. Don't start the engine during this time as oil prevents the RTV from setting up.

Thanks. I get that the cylinder head to rocker arm cover gasket area gets sealed between the cork gasket and the rocker arm cover. I just wasn't clear that the baffle to rocker arm cover should be sealed with ATV as well.
