Considering buying 2010 zt 60 for $500. Owner ( senior friend, going to hire contractor to keep grass cut) ran over 3/4" rope. Engine runs good, belts in tact, but blades won't turn. Is there a sheer pin in the system that will prevent damage to other parts? (There isn't any fluid loss)
Do u think this is going to be an easy fix or a headache. Are there other things I should be concerned about. Planning to fix it myself. I can do most remove and replace projects.
This will be a personal use machine. My yard is 2 acres. It takes me approximately 3 hrs to cut with a Murray 17hp, tractor with a 42" deck. I'm hoping to cut that time down to an hr.
