Bad Boy MZ Creeps in Neutral

I have a Bad Boy MZ that creeps in neutral. Has anyone ever tried to adjust the steering linkage on one of these? Thanks.

Most owner manuals describe how to adjust the steering levers to correct this. Have you checked your manual thoroughly?
