Bad Boy Grass Catcher

Spent $1000 for grass catcher kit. Not only were instructions horrible, the bolt needed to attach needed pulley wheel was not included. Bought 2 1/2 inch grade 5 bolt and used red loctite but still won’t hold. Anyone have similar problem?

Parts missing from order, either give them a call in the a.m. or email with parts missing. They should overnight parts to your door if they are a reputable business.

Badboy is certainly a good company, these things happen why not contact badboy and explain the problem before blasting them on this sight.
