B&S Intek 24 hp gas line

Recently registered here to help me fix my lawn tractor and found some good information that I used to try to get it running again. However, I've observed that the fuel is not flowing to the filter very well. It would seem that when I disconnect the filter and cut off valve, fuel should flow freely out of the open fuel line. All I get is a little dribble although I have a full tank with fresh gas. I ran a wire through the gas line to the tank to remove any blockage but that didn't help. Should I replace the entire fuel line to the tank and if so, how do I get to the bottom of the tank where the fuel line connects?

I should have added that I have a Husqvarna lawn tractor.

Get some compressed air and remove the filter and valve. Blow back into the tank until you hear it bubbling., then check the fuel flow. If the fuel flow is low you either have debris in the tank or bad fuel line.
