I recently bought a second hand mower equipped with an EX675 engine, model number 126T02-6307-H1. It was not running great so I decided to check the mower and I discoverd this governor plate. Has anyone seen this type before? It is not in the parts manual and I can not seem to find it on the web. I have removed the throttle cable because it was a piece of rust. Any help is appreciated.
If i remember correctly, the governor spring (in blue) should be hook into that hole circled in red, and be anchored to the governor link rod in the loop of the rod.

Thanks for the fast reply. I just discovered that the red circled hole has been bent, it should be placed more to the right so it is positioned further away from the carb and can create tension in the spring. That also explains why it was poorly running, I hope. I will check in the upcoming days, thanks!
