Model 406777
Type 0128-E1
Code 030516YG (May 16, 2003)
Question 1:
I have replaced the sump cover gasket (w/ new bolts), head gaskets and rebuilt the carburetor, which is still on the workbench. I can see into the galley and notice that the push rods have very light surface rust. Should I pull them, clean them and readjust the valves or will this light surface rust wear off after a few minutes of run time? The engine is on the workbench, too.
Question 2:
Which lubricant is preferable to pour into spark plug holes prior to firing up the partially rebuilt engine?
Question 3:
Where, if any other locations, should lubricant be used at this juncture?
Thanks.
Keith
