I saw an obstruction I wanted to clear while doing lawn work. I disengaged the PTO, put it in neutral, and set the parking brake. I left the engine running and got of to clear the obstruction. A couple of seconds later, I heard what sounded somewhat like a low backfire, and the engine died. When I tried to restart, the starter didn't engage - there was nothing - no noise whatsoever. I checked a fuse, and it looked good. There is a loose white wire in the bundle to the left of the gas tank, but it doesn't appear to have any place to connect. When the key is turned, only the left headlight works. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
