Hello, when my park brake is on, (mower is shut off) the mower will not move in backwards, but it will still move forward. It sounds like a clicking noise from under the mower but it moves pretty freely forward. Any idea how to fix this or as to why it can still coast forward with the brake on? Also, I cannot start it with the brake on & if it's running & I apply the brake, the mower shuts off. Is this supposed to happen? Thank you in advance!
