So I removed the blade and restarted white smoke and would barely run. Have not replaced any parts ie air filter, spark plug float. What is the order clean air filter sparkplug then float?

Thanks,

Did you tip it the wrong way while removing the blade? Air filter must always be up to avoid flooding. Did you let it run a while after tipping it? My mower smokes a little sometimes if I tip it.

This was tipped foward quite a few times :frown: I let it ran for overt 5mins no power with no rpm increase at all.

You didn't tip it the right way. When you tip a mower, always tip towards the side and the air filter MUST face up. You probably flooded your motor. Simply remove the spark plug wire and unscrew the spark plug and replace it.
