Looks to me like an old Tecumseh or Briggs. How about a couple more pics of the other sides? Carefully scrap the top of the shroud, by the loop, I’ll bet you find some numbers.

I did get some numbers from the top
Its not easy to read them but I have this
H5065394k SER4179R
1964 or 1974 or 1984 can’t get any closer than that. I’ll contact a member over there and see it he can help you get parts. Have no idea about the mower.
On the older Tecumseh engines, with 5 characters, the first number is the year of manufacture. His is 4, but that is as close as Tecumseh goes, which is why I gave three different years.

Well I think if found the parts I need we will see
thats actually quite an old H50 that has place for the mechanical fuel pump so I would say sixties also there is no starter bolt holes that was an engine used for mini bike go karts or that reel mower

@7572, I looked up pics of my Snowbird Snowblower which also has a H50. my serial # is 4244. Being i know mine is from the 70's, Looks like yours is '74 then.
