I recently scalped my yard seeded with rye and did a starter fertilizer and it's turned yellow is this normally? Been about 2 days since I've done this.
Warm season grass always yellows or browns if scalped. Around here it does if it gets raked hard as well. Most of the warm season stuff here is hardening off right now so looks a bit poor.
