Picked up this really nice '78 model this week. Just thought I'd share a couple pics. The 'ol Boy purrs :) everyone have a good weekend.

nothing like the smell of 2-stroke smoke and fresh cut grass roasting on the muffler!

That looks a lot like my 1977 model 7266.

How do you find most of your old Lawn-Boys? I'm always in the market for another. :biggrin:

I just keep my eyes peeled I suppose. I know where more are, but I just don't have the room for them. I'm thinking about getting a Lawn Boy Scamp I saw at a mower shop the other day tho. If I had a good place to store them, I'd be dangerous

Actually, there's quite a few left if you know where to look. Here in Indiana I see them every other week at the flea markets. Saw a few last week when I went, one looked like new. Since I already own 4 I had to pass for lack of room.
