I am considering buying a Snapper rear engine mower for use this summer. I need to lighten the load on an old Honda push mower and my old knees. What has been your experience with the hydraulic transmission? I think I'd like to have that as well as an OHV engine. I found an SR1433 that has both and electric starter. Looks to be in good condition. How can I tell the year? It is model 331416BVE and s/n 75696949. Any input would be appreciated.

I changed the name of my post to indicate the new mower I have. I picked up an RE130 today, model year 2013 in very nice condition. It has the mulcher cover on the deck but I don't know what blade it has. Looking for any input or advice. Looking forward to grass cutting season to see how it performs.
