Repairs adjustment of steering levers how to do it?

I have a 2002 scag tiger club Kol. engine. The sterring levels have finally gotten so out of sync I can only go forward slowly. How do I readjust them?? thanks Rylan

Sorry. I have a scag but the steering problem is with my grasshopper.
