Acceptable porch size

Since this is the front porch and all I figure someone could help here. We are looking for something that will comfortably fit at least 4 adults on it, maybe with some rockers. What is a decent size for a porch? I ask since we are looking at homes and while searching online its easier to know rough measurements.

I'd look for one at least 14 feet deep.

I think my porch is about 18 feet and about 3 1/2 feet wide. I would prefer it to be wider but it is what it is. It's plenty big enough for four chairs and a little beverage table.
