A scrapper's pickup broke down last week...so my buddy was repairing it and noticed this pair of 'Boy's in the back with the other metal

...a pair of 1981 6259's. The one on the left fired up just adding mix to the empty tank and looks to not have been run too hard, the one on the right needed the recoil freed up, spark plug and gas tank cleaned, new primer and fuel hoses, a muffler cooking, blade sharpening, and after 15 hours of use last week without any issues, yesterday I freshened it up some. The wheels and adjusters were serviced, wheels painted along with the gas tank mount, and finally a quick coat of green on the deck...

...I don't know the work history of this one...but now it's back to work for 15-20 hours a week, this time for a caring boss. The other mower will get put away for now.
