I need some help with this old mower, as it starts and runs great, has for years, but now when it gets hot it cuts out and it appears that the gov arm is pulling back on the throttle repeatedly. I can get it to smooth out by holding the gov arm. Happens at all rpms when hot. Internal gov problem? Thanks for being here to ask. X. PS It's a 10 hp Briggs, rider, 5 speed.
