The engine locked up on my 718-k and I found a 721D for sale with a snowblower attacnment. But the left drive was out on it. figured on swapping my drive unit and back in business. after tearing them both apart I found that my 718 has the 770 tranny and the 721D has the 771 tranny. is there a reson I couldnt swap the center mount and put both 770 trannys in it and be back in business? or is that a weaker tranny or something? kinda new to this.. but hate to be back at square one... or does anyone knopw of a used 771 for the ledt side I could buy? grass is growing here in OHIO... haha
