I believe this to be the automatic throttle control cable.
I found the part number for it on SPD,

I saw that too. Still if you proceed with the order, looks like they will take your money at least??

Okay, the carb on it will need at least a needle and seat kit, needle (metal) is badly corroded away almost.
The one it is a metal needle and what looks like the remnants of a green rubber seat.... however the parts list shows a rubber viton needle and brass seat. was it changed i guess?..

i called that BASCO store, they said it would be the 28th before they could ship it to me.
Parts Tree told me it ships by the 18th....
