52" deck exmark

exmark model # lhp5223xa Trying to remove pulleys to replace bearing on cutting housings how do i get them off? Try a couple of pullers with no luck. Have taken the deck off.The bearing under the pulley seen to be welded on the pulley. Need HELP.

Loosten the nut ONLY ONE TURN. Put a crowbar under the pulley and while forcing up, smack the end of the shaft (with the nut on) real hard. This will shock the pully and woodruf key loose. Once it is loose, you can remove the pulley.
