I have an older metro 1996 hp. Bought new home owner use only. It has been a great walk behind the thing still runs great but started eating belts. Cutter deck pulley is loose and wobbly like bearing is shot. I heard its to much of a pain to get pulley off and rebuild. So I decided to just go ahead and replace the whole shaft asmebly with the pulley attached and all. How hard of a job is this? And can it be done in the garage with just hand tools?
