the throttle on my 4211h will not go down past half way. it flexes the cable as i push the lever down, but it goes up fine. i have a briggs 400cc I/C the tractor was built in the mid 80s.

just to clarify the stuck part is the little slide that sits above the govenor that hooks into the throttle cable

can someone please help me, i dont know how to get it unstuck, it uses the chokematic system
