Export thread

My 2002 or 2003 model 345 does not want to move right after I start it first time of the day. Won't go back, will go forward slowly. After half minute or so it moves normally. Any ideas what is going on? Thank you

I believe these have a transmission filter kit and fluid that has to be changed.
